Our goal is to create a safe and ethical environment for everyone involved with our firm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To achieve this, LLYC has established its <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whistleblower Channel<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which makes it possible to investigate any potentially harmful conduct that may put our professionals, clients, suppliers, or other stakeholders at risk. Our ethical channel operates in accordance with Law 2\/2023, which regulates the protection of whistleblowers and the fight against corruption.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you would like more information on how our Whistleblower Channel operates or the data protection policies within it, please refer to the following document:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whistleblower Channel regulations<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Guarantees<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Whistleblower Channel operates on the basis of the following essential principles:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confidentiality<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Access to the investigation process will be granted only to those who must carry it out. During all internal investigations, respect for the rights of the whistleblower and the individuals concerned or under investigation will be maintained.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-Retaliation<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: LLYC pledges not to retaliate against individuals who report in good faith.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anonymity<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Communications may be made anonymously.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Utilizing the Whistleblower Channel\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to utilize the Whistleblower Channel to report potential misconduct:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In written form, the complaint can be submitted:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">through a designated form<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">via post to the following address: Calle Lagasca, 88, 28001 Madrid, addressed to Mr. Juan Pablo Oca\u00f1a Gonz\u00e1lez<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verbally:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by voicemail<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note the informants have the right to choose whether to make the communication or complaint through the internal channel or through external channels with different areas of competence.
