In our Mexico office, we celebrated recognition from HRC Equidad MX<\/strong>, a programme of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC)<\/strong>, which highlights us as one of the \u2018Best Places to Work LGBTQ+ 2025\u2019<\/strong>. This achievement reaffirms our commitment to inclusion, diversity and respect, creating a workspace where each person can be authentic and develop their full potential.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The recognition is based on the rigorous standards of the Corporate Equality Index (CEI)<\/strong>, the global benchmark for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. We have achieved this distinction thanks to our non-discrimination policies, our Diversity and Inclusion Council and our targeted training strategies<\/strong>, as well as a public commitment that extends beyond our offices.<\/p>\n

A concrete example of this commitment is Free the Voices<\/a>, an innovative initiative that, with the support of Pride Connection and REDI, amplifies diverse voices and promotes inclusion through the transformative power of technology.<\/strong> A commitment that transcends our offices, contributing to building a fairer and more humane work environment.<\/p>\n
