We are proud to announce that David Gonz\u00e1lez Natal, Partner and Managing Director of LLYC for LATAM North, has been recognized for the third consecutive time in Expansi\u00f3n’s \u201c41+1 LGBT+ in Business\u201d ranking. This list, which highlights leaders who are openly committed to LGBT+ inclusion in the business environment, represents much more than recognition: it is an invitation to continue promoting diverse, safe and authentic workplaces.<\/p>\n

The ranking, compiled with the support of Korn Ferry, Adil and Love4All, considers factors such as the size of the company, the hierarchical level of the participant, their impact on the LGBT+ community and their capacity for influence.
\n <\/p>\n

Why has David been recognized again?<\/h3>\n

Over the past year, David has led key diversity initiatives at LLYC:<\/p>\n

  • Together with the North Diversity Committee, he promoted the achievement of recognitions such as Best Places to Work LGBTQ+ 2025 (HRC Equidad MX) and Company Committed to Workplace Inclusion in Mexico.<\/li>\n
  • He spearheaded the firm’s flagship Pride projects, such as Free the Voices, the first diverse synthetic voice bank, and Rainbot, the bot that transforms hateful tweets into supportive poems.<\/li>\n
  • He led the publication and activation of the first regional Inclusive Spaces policy, promoting accessible and respectful practices in all our offices.<\/li>\n

    Beyond these achievements, David has shared key lessons that define his leadership:<\/p>\n

    • Change starts with oneself<\/b>, because leadership means showing through one’s own authenticity how to live diversity on a daily basis.<\/li>\n
    • Talking about diversity requires a comprehensive vision<\/b> to create strategies that embrace diversity holistically, considering racial, neurodiversity, and disability characteristics.<\/li>\n
    • Creativity is the best path to awareness<\/b>, driving projects such as Free The Voices, Rainbot, Transparentes and Puertas de Esperanza, which seek, from different angles, to raise awareness and draw attention to the different issues faced by people in the community in different environments.<\/li>\n
