We\u2019re also among the top <strong>10 European firms<\/strong> and continue <strong>to lead the rankings in Spain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This list\u2014one of the most important in the industry\u2014is based on an analysis of the economic performance of over <strong>400 communications firms worldwide.<\/strong> It\u2019s a sign of our sustained growth and the impact of the integrated Marketing and Corporate Affairs model we\u2019ve been developing.<\/p>\n<p>Today, our team includes <strong>1,300 professionals across Europe, Latin America, and the U.S<\/strong>.\u2014a 7.87% increase from last year. <strong>Women make up 62.2%<\/strong> of the team and hold<strong> 50.2% of leadership positions.<\/strong> In 2024, <strong>we promoted 155 people internally, 63% of them women.<\/strong> This progress is grounded in the<strong> six pillars of our value proposition: challenges, team, flexibility, diversity, commitments, and growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This model is also reflected in the <strong>campaigns we develop alongside our clients<\/strong>, combining creativity, influence, and innovation.
