We are included in the Aequales PAR Ranking in Colombia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our team in Colombia has been recognized in the <b>PAR Ranking by Aequales<\/b>, reaching <b>9th place in the category of companies with 1 to 200 employees in the country<\/b>. This achievement reflects our global and determined commitment to creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments.<\/p>\n<p><b>The PAR Ranking<\/b>, compiled by <b>Aequales<\/b>, is the most important measurement of gender equality and corporate diversity in Latin America. <b>More than 500 organizations from 18 countries participated in the 2025 edition.<\/b> Compared to our last assessment in 2020, we improved by 37.6 points, exceeding the regional average by 15.5 points.<\/p>\n<p>One of the highlights of our evaluation was the management of diversity objectives, with a score of <strong>90.7%, thanks to clear policies, defined goals, and resources allocated to closing gender gaps.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This progress is in line with our <strong>Global DEI Framework 2025-2027<\/strong>, which guides our strategy and ensures consistency in each region where we operate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our team in Colombia has been recognized in the PAR Ranking by Aequales, reaching 9th place in the category of companies with 1 to 200 employees in the country.
