This recognition once again places us as the <b>most attractive communications and public relations consultancy to work for in the country<\/b>, according to the opinion of professionals in the sector themselves. This recognition is in addition to those awarded by <a href=\"https:\/\/llyc.global\/en\/corporate-affairs\/tendencias\/we-are-one-of-the-100-best-companies-to-work-for-in-spain-according-to-forbes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Forbes<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/llyc.global\/en\/corporate-affairs\/tendencias\/we-are-once-again-among-the-100-best-companies-to-work-for-in-spain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Actualidad Econ\u00f3mica \/ El Mundo<\/a>, where we were highlighted this year among the <b>100 best companies to work for in Spain.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The study, which is conducted every two years, analyzes the perceptions of <b>377 professionals<\/b> from different communications consultancies. Almost <b>65%<\/b> are account or division managers; <b>83%<\/b> work in Madrid and <b>17%<\/b> in other cities. Most belong to independent consultancies (<b>73%<\/b>) and are women (<b>71%<\/b>), with an average <b>age of 39<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The results reflect an accurate snapshot of the priorities of talent in the sector: <b>economic conditions (65.7%)<\/b>, the <b>professional project or challenge (35.6%)<\/b> and <b>work flexibility (30.1%)<\/b> are the most decisive factors for changing companies, while <b>work-life balance (61.6%)<\/b>, <b>camaraderie (31.5%)<\/b> and <b>social responsibility (19.4%)<\/b> are the most valued aspects when choosing where to work.<\/p>\n<p>In the words of <b>Tiago Vidal<\/b>, Partner &amp; Global Chief Operating Officer at LLYC: \u201cOur sector is undergoing a transformation, forcing us to evolve in order to attract and develop the best talent.
