One award was in the <strong>Institutional Communication<\/strong> category, together with <strong>GlaxoSmithKline (GSK)<\/strong>, for the <strong>organizational engagement<\/strong> strategy led by the <strong>Corporate Affairs and Marketing<\/strong> team. The other was in the <strong>Professional of the Year<\/strong> category, granted to <strong>Francisco Aylwin<\/strong>, our president in Chile, for his leadership in the <strong>Corporate Communication Forum (Foro)<\/strong> and his contribution to strategic communication in the country.<\/p>\n<p>During the ceremony, <strong>Cristina Montes<\/strong> joined GSK leaders <strong>Erika Pagani<\/strong> (CEO), <strong>Mariella Parodi<\/strong> (Head of Communications and Public Affairs, South Pacific Cluster), and <strong>Carlos Lasserre<\/strong> (Head of HR for Chile, Peru, and Ecuador) to present the success case <strong>LSPVerse<\/strong>, an innovative series of workshops that fostered engagement through <strong>gamification and collaborative work<\/strong>. \u201c<strong>LSPVerse is a great example of how AI can drive cultural transformation<\/strong>, creating playful, engaging, and measurable dialogue spaces,\u201d highlighted Cristina Montes.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, <strong>Francisco Aylwin<\/strong> shared his gratitude upon receiving the recognition: \u201c<em>I feel very honored and grateful for this distinction from leading professionals in corporate communication in Chile and the award\u2019s jury. I thank my colleagues for contributing to this selection for Professional of the Year and my career at LLYC, which has allowed me to serve as a jury member in various editions of this award since 2019.
