We\u2019re bringers of social transformation, an active part of society. We want to be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">heard<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and taken into account.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therein <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">also lies the importance of intergenerational dialogue, sharing experiences and outlooks, talking about and debating ideas, and finding solutions together. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adultcentrism must be set aside, because redesigning the world requires broad<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, diverse, and inclusive collaboration. In this sense, we must be radical<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. I<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n order to promise a future for upcoming generations, we need to bring about systemic change in the ways we do things and steer ourselves toward sustainable development. We need to understand the basis behind \u201crenaissance\u201d as not just something we read or hear about<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">through specific actions and in partnership with society\u2019s different stakeholders <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">we will implement real, necessary, and urgent change.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Adultcentrism must be set aside, because redesigning the world requires broad<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this context, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">young women\u2019s voices should be boosted and amplified<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to help grow <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">feminine leadership. In this form of leadership, emotions aren\u2019t viewed <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> weaknesses or vulnerabilities<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that prevent us from reaching our goals, but rather<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">strengths in a world that needs to talk, needs humanity. \u201cWe need a strong dose of empathy and co-responsibility in the home and in daily life so that power is not hostile to participation from women, a space monopolized by men,\u201d said Margarita Flandez Tremendas Chile.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>young women\u2019s voices should be boosted and amplified<br \/>\nto help grow feminine leadership. The current situation<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">based on existing data from the scientific world<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> clearly highlights the undeniable despite the foolishness, blindness, and egoism of those who hold their personal well being <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">above <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the common good. Some forget that, by living in a community, the problems that affect <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">me <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will also affect my neighbor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Education for young women is one solution to climate change, and it\u2019s decisive for a sustainable future. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to Project Drawdown, one of the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">three <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">issues to work on is social cohesion by promoting <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">g<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ender equality. Within this, it\u2019s important to highlight the empowerment and education of young women.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The global community must tackle women\u2019s reproductive health from a perspective of gender justice, with a strong emphasis on the right to quality education programs for young women.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another important issue is promoting climate <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">resilience<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Research from the Brookings <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nstitute shows that countries\u2019 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">resilience<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the face of climate disasters improves by a considerable percentage for every additional year of schooling given to young women. Furthermore, education for young women can be seen <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">promoting strength in green skills to produce leaders in green economies. It is relevant and tremendously important to train young female leaders and empower them so they can bring about positive and sustainable change.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are still gaps in the evidence that need to be filled and questions that must be answered,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> but<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> progress on <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">g<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ender equality, achieving equality, and women\u2019s empowerment are key to tackling climate change<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
