The ties between Latin America and the European Union are undoubtedly special. The potential benefits of exchange between the two regions are many and reciprocal: foreign investment, trade agreements, digital connection and the challenge of energy transition, among others. But there are also cultural and even emotional ties. The Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU is the ideal moment to strengthen all these connections on both sides of the Atlantic.<\/span><\/p>\n
