A empresa que deseja sair mais forte dela, deve considerar como administra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es com seus <em>stakeholders<\/em> e como administra seus capitais no dia-a-dia. O foco no refor\u00e7o de sua afinidade com consumidores, clientes, funcion\u00e1rios, fornecedores, acionistas, entre outros, ajudar\u00e1 as empresas a superar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual e a estarem mais preparadas para ganhar o futuro.<\/p>\n<p>As organiza\u00e7\u00f5es bem-sucedidas nesta turbulenta segunda d\u00e9cada do s\u00e9culo n\u00e3o apenas reconhecem o <strong>ecossistema VUCA <\/strong>(<em>Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous<\/em>) em que operam, mas elas o administram com facilidade. Portanto, entendem que liderar o ambiente a partir da cultura de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, melhoria cont\u00ednua e adapta\u00e7\u00e3o permanente \u00e0 mudan\u00e7a \u00e9 uma responsabilidade inevit\u00e1vel, dado o ritmo acelerado de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o no qual estamos vivendo.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, est\u00e3o cientes da necessidade de definir <strong>para que<\/strong> sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o existe e qual \u00e9 seu prop\u00f3sito; sabem como explicar o <strong>porqu\u00ea<\/strong>, o <strong>para quem<\/strong> e o <strong>como<\/strong> querem fazer as coisas; e veem com clareza o <strong>que <\/strong>procuram obter como resultado antes de iniciar sua atividade.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 primeira vista, pode parecer uma tarefa simples, mas quem tem a responsabilidade de liderar uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o sabe que n\u00e3o \u00e9. z_index_tablet=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>(DES)APRENDER A GERENCIAR OS CAPITAIS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>cria\u00e7\u00e3o de valor compartilhado com os <em>stakeholders<\/em><\/strong><em>,<\/em> como teoria da gest\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios, deu um salto gigantesco no in\u00edcio deste s\u00e9culo, aparentemente uma resposta \u00f3bvia ao incorporar como base gerencial a \u00e9tica e o prop\u00f3sito de neg\u00f3cios orientados para o bem comum de todas as partes interessadas na abordagem de gest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Para entender os derivativos que isso possui, \u00e9 essencial dissecar os desafios dos <strong>conselhos de administra\u00e7\u00e3o e dos primeiros executivos da empresa<\/strong> para responder \u00e0 necessidade de criar valor para e com todos os principais <em>stakeholders <\/em>e, acima de tudo, entender que o valor \u00e9 baseado no conjunto de capitais que a empresa precisa para operar.<\/p>\n<p>Pouco a pouco, vemos que as necessidades de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas est\u00e3o aumentando, para a <strong>perplexidade das \u00e1reas financeiras das empresas<\/strong>. Ao expandir o mapa de <em>stakeholders <\/em>aos quais devemos tentar atender \u00e0s suas expectativas, os problemas tang\u00edveis e intang\u00edveis pelos quais eles s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis se multiplicam exponencialmente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Os relat\u00f3rios cl\u00e1ssicos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o mais \u00fateis<\/strong> e, quando a transposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Diretiva Europeia sobre Informa\u00e7\u00f5es N\u00e3o Financeiras chegou, poucos conseguiram entender o para qu\u00ea e por que esse pequeno salto ocorria. A norma adapta e incorpora novos t\u00f3picos sobre os quais as empresas dever\u00e3o relatar seu n\u00edvel de conformidade e, no caso de n\u00e3o conformidade, fornecer explica\u00e7\u00f5es sobre sua falta de desempenho.<\/p>\n<p>Para entender bem, voc\u00ea <strong>deve desaprender<\/strong>, que \u00e9 uma das atividades mais complexas e dif\u00edceis para a maioria das pessoas. Devemos desaprender a din\u00e2mica na qual a administra\u00e7\u00e3o e seus relat\u00f3rios estavam concentradas apenas nos acionistas. A partir de agora, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio relatar e gerenciar o valor criado para consumidores, clientes, funcion\u00e1rios, fornecedores, cidad\u00e3os, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Da mesma forma, deve ser desaprendido que o \u00fanico capital que devemos gerenciar \u00e9 o econ\u00f4mico-financeiro. Nos balan\u00e7os das empresas, os intang\u00edveis s\u00e3o cada vez mais importantes e outros tang\u00edveis n\u00e3o econ\u00f4micos come\u00e7am a aparecer nos <em>dashboards<\/em> da administra\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Destacado&#8221; Embora a abordagem da necessidade de di\u00e1logo e relacionamento com os grupos de interesse apare\u00e7a como uma das bases mais importantes da Responsabilidade Corporativa, a verdade \u00e9 que essa premissa j\u00e1 foi superada e as empresas est\u00e3o cada vez mais conscientes de que todas os grupos de interesse impactam, de uma maneira ou outra, no saldo da demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Foi em 1983, quando a an\u00e1lise do relacionamento com os <em>stakeholders <\/em>come\u00e7ou a partir de uma perspectiva estrat\u00e9gica, entendendo-as como chaves para o sucesso da estrat\u00e9gia das empresas. <strong>R. Edward Freeman<\/strong>, matem\u00e1tico e fil\u00f3sofo e diretor acad\u00eamico <em>Business Roundtable<\/em> e o <em>Institute for Corporate Ethics, The Darden School, University of Virginia<\/em>, \u00e9 considerado o criador dessa vis\u00e3o e pai da teoria dos grupos de interesse os <em>stakeholders<\/em>. Seu artigo intitulado <strong>\u00ab<em>Strategic Management:\u00a0 A Stakeholder Approach<\/em>\u00bb<\/strong> fornece esses relacionamentos pela primeira vez com uma estrutura estrat\u00e9gica com a qual ampliar o foco corporativo, anteriormente localizado exclusivamente nos propriet\u00e1rios ou acionistas da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o (<em>shareholders<\/em>) e depois estendido a todos os grupos afetados ou que podem afetar o desenvolvimento da atividade da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Por sua vez, as crises geradas nas empresas e nos mercados financeiros por pr\u00e1ticas inadequadas de gest\u00e3o levaram \u00e0 necessidade do legislador e as pr\u00f3prias empresas fornecerem \u00e0s atividades de neg\u00f3cios uma estrutura de gest\u00e3o \u00e9tica e regulat\u00f3ria que ser capaz de gerar confian\u00e7a entre todos os seus grupos de interesse.<\/p>\n<p>Na era da informa\u00e7\u00e3o, a desinforma\u00e7\u00e3o ou a superinforma\u00e7\u00e3o, qualquer grupo de interesse tem capacidade para impactar de maneira mais ou menos intensa no desenvolvimento da atividade comercial. Al\u00e9m disso, o paradigma da multipersonalidade \u00e9 produzido, porque a linha que separa o consumidor do empregado, do cidad\u00e3o ou do investidor est\u00e1 ficando mais fina.
