    Ao fazer isso, no entanto, eles deixaram de lado muito do que precisamos para tornar a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o remota menos cansativa e frustrante. \u00c9 l\u00f3gico, eles tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o tiveram tempo. E tem havido uma necessidade de maior colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre matem\u00e1ticos, cientistas da computa\u00e7\u00e3o, designers, comunicadores e usu\u00e1rios para validar a ordem de prioridades dessas novas capacidades e como coloc\u00e1-las a servi\u00e7o de todos.<\/p>\n

    Soma-se a esse fator o ponto de que a pandemia revelou, por um lado, as defici\u00eancias das redes, seguran\u00e7a e hardware que temos em nossas casas, e de outro, a rigidez de muitos dos sistemas corporativos que tem impedido a interoperabilidade das ferramentas \u2013 al\u00e9m da falta de conhecimento e habilidade de n\u00f3s, que somos usu\u00e1rios, para enfrentar os menores desafios que seu uso representa.<\/p>\n

    \u00c9 por isso que o problema tamb\u00e9m tem uma dimens\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica que n\u00e3o devemos ignorar.<\/p>\n

    Tentar abordar essas dimens\u00f5es culturais e tecnol\u00f3gicas separadamente n\u00e3o tem sentido, bem como tentar abordar com um macroprojeto que gerencie as duas dimens\u00f5es de maneira conjunta.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    As organiza\u00e7\u00f5es precisam encontrar um meio-termo que nos ajude a melhorar rapidamente sem nos parar. Para isso, a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o multidisciplinar parece ser imprescind\u00edvel. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Para avan\u00e7ar<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Muitos l\u00edderes de opini\u00e3o concordaram que a pandemia levou a um avan\u00e7o sem precedentes no uso e implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologias de relacionamento. Muitos de n\u00f3s, profissionais, ficamos surpresos com a relativa simplicidade com que foram impostas rotinas contra as quais as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es ofereciam enorme resist\u00eancia. E todos pudemos constatar que, ao faz\u00ea-lo, nos trouxeram vantagens interessantes: economia de tempo e custos, maior transversalidade dentro das equipes, acessibilidade a stakeholders<\/em> que, de outra forma, pareciam inating\u00edveis, al\u00e9m de uma mudan\u00e7a cultural que favorece a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, a rastreabilidade de processos e, curiosamente, confian\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

    Esses resultados parecem confirmar que muitas dessas novas rotinas adotadas maci\u00e7amente, e n\u00e3o apenas pelos early adopters, <\/em>vieram para ficar. Com esse objetivo em mente, deve-se trabalhar nestas linhas de trabalho:<\/p>\n

    • Identificar os pontos de contato para manter com nossos stakeholders<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    • Estabelecer os elementos comuns que queremos transferir para as experi\u00eancias que buscamos proporcionar aos nossos stakeholders<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    • Sistematizar o monitoramento das tecnologias mais adequadas aos nossos objetivos para monitorar seu constante processo de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n
    • Limitar as compet\u00eancias e habilidades essenciais exigidas por nossa equipe para que a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interpessoal tenha a efic\u00e1cia de que todos precisamos.<\/li>\n
    • Mapear problemas que levam ao esgotamento e frustra\u00e7\u00e3o dos usu\u00e1rios.<\/li>\n
    • Desenhar e implantar as novas din\u00e2micas e funcionalidades por meio de atores a fim de experiment\u00e1-las e medir o impacto positivo que elas t\u00eam sobre nossos interlocutores e no alcance dos objetivos que nos propomos.<\/li>\n
    • Preparar nossas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es para tirarem proveito dessas pr\u00e1ticas sem subestimar o esfor\u00e7o de reaprendizagem.<\/li>\n
    • Termos um quadro de indicadores que nos estimule a mergulhar nas din\u00e2micas que oferecem bons resultados e eliminar aquelas que n\u00e3o agregam valor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Se entendermos o quanto nossos neg\u00f3cios dependem da passagem de uma simples adapta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o, abordaremos essas tarefas com senso de urg\u00eancia e com os recursos certos.<\/p>\n

      S\u00f3 ent\u00e3o aproveitaremos todas as suas vantagens, minimizaremos seus inconvenientes e competiremos melhor. E, ali\u00e1s, faremos da necessidade uma virtude, algo que sempre foi projetado para as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es mais bem-sucedidas: contribuiremos para uma mudan\u00e7a cultural consistente com a \u00e9poca em que vivemos, reduziremos o esfor\u00e7o excessivo que a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o improvisada gerou, a ansiedade sobre revolu\u00e7\u00e3o no dia a dia que sofremos e fortaleceremos a confian\u00e7a de todos em nossos projetos.<\/p>\n
