No caso do futuro do trabalho, quase sempre o fez mostrando-nos edif\u00edcios psicod\u00e9licos com elevadores levitantes, rob\u00f4s ou portas girat\u00f3rias hiper velozes. O que a fic\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica n\u00e3o poderia imaginar \u00e9 que o futuro seria um trabalhador em uma chamada Zoom cujo microfone n\u00e3o funciona, enquanto um filtro \u00e9 disparado que coloca um gato em seu rosto e seu filho grita com voc\u00ea cantando a marcha imperial de Star Wars. At\u00e9 recentemente, o futuro do trabalho era marcado pelo horizonte iminente da intelig\u00eancia artificial e da automa\u00e7\u00e3o, mas hoje, a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da Covid-19 \u00e9 adicionada quando se trata de definir a pauta.<\/p>\n<p>Para 2021, aqui na LLYC detectamos tr\u00eas grandes linhas de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o para a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre empresas e talentos. A primeira j\u00e1 foi marcada pela transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital e o surgimento da Intelig\u00eancia Artificial, mas agora est\u00e1 mais acentuada, e tem a ver com a necessidade de priorizar a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos colaboradores, seja para gerar vantagens competitivas no mercado, para responder \u00e0s perspectivas de carreiras mais longas ou para fornecer ferramentas de lideran\u00e7a aos gestores perdidos na reloca\u00e7\u00e3o do teletrabalho. A segunda grande transforma\u00e7\u00e3o centra-se no estabelecimento de novos modelos de relacionamento mais flex\u00edveis entre empresas e trabalhadores ainda muito estagnados no passado e com pouca capacidade de resposta \u00e0s atuais prioridades dos trabalhadores como sa\u00fade mental, equil\u00edbrio da vida pessoal e profissional ou a reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o de perfis seniores.
