Sem d\u00favida, um dos temas priorit\u00e1rios \u00e9 o uso da tecnologia para conseguir um sistema de sa\u00fade moderno e interligado que melhore a experi\u00eancia do paciente, aumente a produtividade dos m\u00e9dicos e do pessoal de sa\u00fade, gere dados para melhor tomada de decis\u00f5es em sa\u00fade e que gere economia para governos.<\/span><\/p>\n Aqui inclu\u00edmos cinco recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es, j\u00e1 que uma sinergia entre empresas fabricantes de equipamentos m\u00e9dicos, desenvolvedores de software e novas tecnologias com governos e tomadores de decis\u00e3o \u00e9 urgente para a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital de um dos setores cr\u00edticos para o bem-estar em geral: o da Sa\u00fade. alcan\u00e7ar a cobertura universal de sa\u00fade \u00e9 essencial para a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade, embora a integra\u00e7\u00e3o dessas tecnologias digitais aos sistemas de sa\u00fade exija a demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de que elas t\u00eam impacto e benef\u00edcios de longo prazo.<\/span><\/p>\n Embora o interesse da OMS pelo assunto pare\u00e7a recente, desde 2012 ela desenvolveu um manual sobre estrat\u00e9gias de sa\u00fade cibern\u00e9tica e em 2018, na Assembleia Mundial da Sa\u00fade, os governos adotaram por unanimidade uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o para desenvolver a estrat\u00e9gia global de sa\u00fade digital. Em 6 de mar\u00e7o de 2019, o Departamento de Sa\u00fade Digital foi criado para fortalecer sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o de avaliar as tecnologias digitais e ajudar os Estados membros a prioriz\u00e1-las e regulament\u00e1-las. Um dos grandes problemas que surgiram para o uso de tecnologias digitais e sistemas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a privacidade dos dados. A visibilidade e a disponibilidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es devem garantir que as informa\u00e7\u00f5es do usu\u00e1rio sejam protegidas e seguras.<\/span><\/p>\n Na perspectiva da OMS, o sucesso das interven\u00e7\u00f5es digitais depender\u00e1 do contexto e da adequa\u00e7\u00e3o do seu desenho, considerando aspectos estruturais dos locais onde as tecnologias s\u00e3o implantadas, a infraestrutura dispon\u00edvel, a facilidade de uso da tecnologia e as necessidades sanit\u00e1rias que se destinam a satisfazer.<\/span><\/p>\n A OMS desenhou uma estrat\u00e9gia global sobre sa\u00fade digital que busca acelerar a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es digitais para atingir as metas de sa\u00fade inclu\u00eddas nas metas de desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel.
