Somos o pa\u00eds europeu com o maior paradoxo de ter muitas vagas de emprego n\u00e3o ocupadas, apesar de ter tr\u00eas milh\u00f5es de desempregados registrados.<\/p>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, as pessoas iniciaram um profundo processo de reflex\u00e3o que levou ao desencanto com a profiss\u00e3o ou o emprego. Termos como &#8220;grande ren\u00fbncia&#8221; ou &#8220;demiss\u00e3o silenciosa&#8221; ganham espa\u00e7o na an\u00e1lise do futuro do trabalho. Na verdade, \u00e9 cada vez mais dif\u00edcil contratar os profissionais certos, mais dif\u00edcil engaj\u00e1-los e mais dif\u00edcil promover a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o cultural exigida pela transforma\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial e digital que a maioria das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e1 passando.<\/p>\n<p>Os desafios do talento est\u00e3o se tornando cada vez mais importantes nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Estamos assistindo uma mudan\u00e7a de paradigma na qual n\u00e3o s\u00e3o mais as empresas que escolhem as pessoas, mas as pessoas que escolhem as empresas. E fazem isso quando nos escolhem como local de trabalho, mas tamb\u00e9m todos os dias quando se levantam e se dedicam a seu trabalho cotidiano.<\/p>\n<p>Neste contexto, consideramos fundamental a criatividade. Pablo Picasso dizia que todo ato de cria\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9, antes de tudo, um ato de destrui\u00e7\u00e3o. Portanto, \u00e9 hora de destruir o que foi aprendido at\u00e9 agora e zerar os contadores. Se o que fazemos n\u00e3o est\u00e1 funcionando, por que n\u00e3o come\u00e7ar a fazer as coisas de outra forma? A criatividade n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo individual, mas surge da intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre os indiv\u00edduos sendo, portanto, uma a\u00e7\u00e3o que \u00e9 sempre relacional.
