O contexto de incerteza em que o mundo se encontra torna ainda mais dif\u00edcil prever o que est\u00e1 por vir. Um aumento generalizado do custo de vida, a escassez de mat\u00e9rias-primas, a instabilidade pol\u00edtica, a guerra na Ucr\u00e2nia e as tensas rela\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais, juntam-se no momento da reda\u00e7\u00e3o dessas tend\u00eancias \u00e0s turbul\u00eancias e demiss\u00f5es em massa anunciadas em algumas das empresas de tecnologia mais importantes do mundo: Twitter, Meta e Amazon.<\/p>\n<p>Isso significa o fim do poder dos profissionais e o retrocesso em algumas das medidas popularizadas pela pandemia? Sem d\u00favida, viveremos uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de reequil\u00edbrio e o que cresceu extremamente devido \u00e0 paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o do COVID tender\u00e1 a voltar a uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o mais normal. Pelo menos o crescimento n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 o mesmo e isso afetar\u00e1 logicamente os plant\u00e9is. Al\u00e9m disso, muitas das medidas mais populares entrar\u00e3o em fase de maturidade e as poss\u00edveis fissuras no sistema ficar\u00e3o muito mais evidentes. Estamos falando, por exemplo, dos riscos de desconex\u00e3o cultural associados ao teletrabalho.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, estamos convencidos de que muitas das mudan\u00e7as s\u00e3o irrevers\u00edveis porque afetam n\u00e3o apenas as ferramentas, mas, sobretudo, o foro interno das pessoas. Nesse sentido, as tend\u00eancias para 2023 podem ser inseridas em duas \u00e1reas priorit\u00e1rias: Digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologia aos processos e a progressiva humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Nessa linha, o mercado de trabalho que est\u00e1 chegando \u00e9 marcado pela for\u00e7a do efeito Z, uma gera\u00e7\u00e3o que come\u00e7a a impor sua cultura de trabalho \u00e0s empresas, com condi\u00e7\u00f5es mais flex\u00edveis e mais exig\u00eancias \u00e9ticas, e que tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 come\u00e7ou a contagiar as outras gera\u00e7\u00f5es, que est\u00e3o exigindo empresas mais humanas, comprometidas, solid\u00e1rias e \u00e1geis.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_code _builder_version=&#8221;4.4.8&#8243;
