A in\u00e9rcia permitiu manter posi\u00e7\u00f5es recordes durante todo o ano na maioria desses mercados, mas o ritmo desacelerou em todos at\u00e9 parar em algum momento entre julho e dezembro do ano passado. Ent\u00e3o foi considerada uma paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica de curto prazo e at\u00e9 positiva, mas com o passar dos meses o nervosismo tamb\u00e9m aumenta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No mercado sup\u00f5e-se que a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o continuar\u00e1 at\u00e9 que a visibilidade macroecon\u00f4mica seja recuperada e o aumento dos juros chegue ao fim. No entanto, nesse tempo de espera, os grandes fundos n\u00e3o perderam tempo. Eles investiram e atualizaram seus portf\u00f3lios, incluindo suas \u00faltimas aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es, e aguardam o sinal verde porque ningu\u00e9m quer ficar para tr\u00e1s. A maioria dos agentes e especialistas do setor prev\u00ea que 2024 poder\u00e1 voltar a ser mais um ano recorde de investimentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u00e1 um consenso de que a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o come\u00e7ar\u00e1 ao mesmo tempo em todos os pa\u00edses nem avan\u00e7ar\u00e1 no mesmo ritmo nos respectivos setores e segmentos de mercado. H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m um consenso de que parte significativa da atual paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o do investimento pode ter ocorrido pelo fato de nos \u00faltimos doze meses as previs\u00f5es terem sido muito mais pessimistas do que a realidade. Se falarmos dos \u00faltimos seis meses, o crescimento na maioria dos pa\u00edses europeus foi muito maior do que o esperado e os pre\u00e7os da energia melhoraram notavelmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre especialistas e analistas, h\u00e1 um sentimento generalizado de que a economia est\u00e1 come\u00e7ando a se aproximar da \u00faltima mudan\u00e7a de n\u00edvel, atr\u00e1s da qual n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 outra alta, mas sim uma ampla perspectiva de crescimento onde cada fundo poder\u00e1 buscar suas melhores oportunidades. A maioria dos <em>private equity<\/em> j\u00e1 reconhece ter entrado nesse novo cen\u00e1rio, embora tamb\u00e9m concordem que, pelo menos at\u00e9 o final do ano, ter\u00e3o que continuar sendo extremamente seletivos.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
