O mesmo estudo foi tamb\u00e9m publicado com <a href=\"https:\/\/llyc.global\/ideas\/el-consumidor-impulsado-por-la-ia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">foco em Espanha em junho de 2025<\/a><\/strong>, confirmando que esta mudan\u00e7a na confian\u00e7a digital \u00e9 uma tend\u00eancia transversal nos mercados do sul da Europa.<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>ChatGPT<\/strong> lidera como primeira porta de entrada para descobrir marcas, com uma ado\u00e7\u00e3o ainda mais elevada entre os jovens de 18 a 24 anos (<strong>65,9%<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>A confian\u00e7a no digital mudou radicalmente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Influenciadores: <strong>-67,4% de confian\u00e7a<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Especialistas e algoritmos: <strong>a nova refer\u00eancia de credibilidade<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>IA: <strong>novo \u201catalho de confian\u00e7a\u201d<\/strong>, especialmente em Sa\u00fade, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Tecnologia e Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u201cA IA tornou-se o novo front office das marcas. N\u00e3o informa apenas: filtra, sintetiza e, em muitos casos, decide.
