Na fic\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica, o futuro do trabalho consistia em edif\u00edcios psicad\u00e9licos com elevadores que levitam, rob\u00f4s ou portas girat\u00f3rias hipervelozes. O que a fic\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica n\u00e3o poderia imaginar era que o futuro seria um trabalhador numa chamada de Zoom interrompida por microfones que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o a funcionar, filtros inesperados e despropositados e os filhos a cantar m\u00fasicas aos gritos. At\u00e9 h\u00e1 pouco tempo, a intelig\u00eancia artificial e a automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o eram consideradas iminentes no futuro do trabalho; atualmente, quando se trata de definir a agenda, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter em conta a disrup\u00e7\u00e3o causada pela COVID-19.<\/p>\n

Para 2021, na LLYC, identificamos tr\u00eas grandes linhas de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> no que respeita \u00e0 rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre as empresas e o talento, sendo que a primeira j\u00e1 estava marcada pela transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital e pelo desenvolvimento significativo da Intelig\u00eancia Artificial, mas surge agora mais acentuada:<\/p>\n

1. A prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o da melhoria de compet\u00eancias e a requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos colaboradores, para:<\/strong>
\n– Gerar vantagens competitivas no mercado.
\n– Dar resposta \u00e0 perspetiva de carreiras mais longas.
\n– Proporcionar ferramentas de lideran\u00e7a a gestores que sintam dificuldade devido \u00e0 deslocaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do teletrabalho.<\/p>\n

2. A defini\u00e7\u00e3o de novos modelos de rela\u00e7\u00e3o mais flex\u00edveis entre as empresas e os trabalhadores, uma vez que as empresas <\/strong>continuam estagnadas no passado e t\u00eam pouca capacidade para dar resposta \u00e0s prioridades\u00a0dos colaboradores:<\/strong>
\n– A sa\u00fade mental.
\n– Equil\u00edbrio entre a vida pessoal e a profissional.
\n– As reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es dos perfis seniores.<\/p>\n

3. A import\u00e2ncia crescente da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, <\/strong>num contexto em que o teletrabalho e a previs\u00e3o de modelos h\u00edbridos podem levar, no m\u00e9dio prazo, a uma destrui\u00e7\u00e3o da cultura e do tecido social interno das empresas, e em que o ativismo crescente dos colaboradores em determinadas causas poder\u00e1 gerar quebras de confian\u00e7a consider\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n
