Mas est\u00e1 tudo na mesma. O tema da pandemia desviou todas as aten\u00e7\u00f5es. No entanto, todos sabemos que a igualdade, mais concretamente a igualdade de g\u00e9nero, tem prioridade m\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n<p>No s\u00e9culo XIX, Edward Bulwer-Lytton, na obra\u00a0 cunhou a express\u00e3o: \u00abA pena \u00e9 mais poderosa do que a espada\u00a0\u00bb, incidindo na ideia de que a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o tem uma influ\u00eancia fundamental no desenrolar dos factos. <strong>No s\u00e9culo\u00a0 XXI, com o aparecimento das redes sociais, a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o dispersou-se<\/strong> (n\u00e3o est\u00e1 apenas nas m\u00e3os de alguns), <strong>o que faz que seja mais dif\u00edcil interpretar<\/strong> o qu\u00ea, o como e o por meio de quem se formam os relatos que transformam a sociedade.<\/p>\n<p>Movimentamo-nos num <strong>meio tremendamente vol\u00e1til, para n\u00e3o dizer ca\u00f3tico, no qual a velocidade a que as coisas acontecem exige que nos concentremos nas pessoas e em problemas concretos<\/strong>, que experimentemos frequentemente, que falemos de forma r\u00e1pida e que aprendamos ainda mais rapidamente.<\/p>\n<p>Um claro exemplo desta situa\u00e7\u00e3o foi o que vivemos em 2020, com <strong>a chegada da pandemia que mudou tudo<\/strong>: planos estrat\u00e9gicos, prioridades, formas de trabalho, ferramentas e compet\u00eancias e, evidentemente, a proposta de valor das empresas para se adaptarem \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as que est\u00e3o a ocorrer na sociedade, nas institui\u00e7\u00f5es, nos investidores ou clientes, envoltas numa grande incerteza que obrigar\u00e1 a intera\u00e7\u00f5es novas e recorrentes.<\/p>\n<p>Paralelamente, todas <strong>estas mudan\u00e7as sociais ficam registadas nas conversas nas redes sociais,<\/strong> \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o das empresas e dos gestores que souberem interpret\u00e1-las, de modo a dar uma <strong>resposta mais adequada \u00e0s necessidades de neg\u00f3cio, de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e, evidentemente,<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong> corporativas<\/strong>, reduzindo a incerteza, a ansiedade e a fadiga pand\u00e9mica, ao incrementar o controlo sobre a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do
