Neste segundo cap\u00edtulo da s\u00e9rie \u00abResili\u00eancia\u00bb abordamos o desafio que representa tentar gerir ou controlar o impacto dos riscos reputacionais na continuidade e na sustentabilidade dos neg\u00f3cios.<\/p>\n

No primeiro artigo abord\u00e1mos a preven\u00e7\u00e3o destes riscos por meio da antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o com base na intelig\u00eancia humana e artificial; neste artigo, lan\u00e7amos o desafio de estar preparado para dar resposta a estes eventos incertos por meio do planeamento de cen\u00e1rios e da programa\u00e7\u00e3o de conting\u00eancias, com o suporte da tecnologia.<\/p>\n

A d\u00favida \u00e9 a qualidade essencial de qualquer risco e quando falamos dos reputacionais, podemos acrescentar ainda a complexidade destes, pelo que, al\u00e9m de aplicarmos as t\u00e9cnicas convencionais da gest\u00e3o de riscos (risk management<\/em>), aplicamos duas disciplinas do pensamento estrat\u00e9gico \u2013 a \u00abconstru\u00e7\u00e3o de cen\u00e1rios futuros\u00bb (design futures<\/em>) e a \u00abresolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas\u00bb (problem solving<\/em>) \u2013 cujas abordagens nos permitir\u00e3o ir al\u00e9m das respostas defensivas, de curto prazo e de interesse financeiro.<\/p>\n

No mundo em que vivemos, pensar nos riscos apenas do ponto de vista das amea\u00e7as n\u00e3o nos ajuda a construir organiza\u00e7\u00f5es mais resilientes, mas apenas a debilitar a nossa capacidade de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o face \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as disruptivas.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio abrir os horizontes, assumir incertezas e pensar de forma diferente, para n\u00e3o nos torturarmos naquele ambiente denominado pelo antrop\u00f3logo Jamais Cascio com o acr\u00f3nimo em ingl\u00eas BANI<\/strong> (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible<\/em>). Tal como relembram Cleber Martins e Ad\u00e9lia Chagas, um contexto de fragilidade, ansiedade, n\u00e3o linear e, at\u00e9, incompreens\u00edvel, onde \u00abtodos os caminhos est\u00e3o abertos a oportunidades\u00bb.<\/p>\n
