Esta aten\u00e7\u00e3o e este or\u00e7amento dados a um tema de sa\u00fade s\u00e3o hist\u00f3ricos e o impacto que a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e a sa\u00fade p\u00fablica t\u00eam no desenvolvimento econ\u00f3mico e social \u00e9 muito valorizado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Neste contexto, \u00e9 preciso analisar o que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio para se poder enfrentar da melhor forma as amea\u00e7as \u00e0 sa\u00fade e para nos podermos antecipar para darmos resposta \u00e0s necessidades da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00e9 fundamental aproveitar o potencial das tecnologias digitais para alcan\u00e7ar a cobertura de sa\u00fade universal de cuidados de sa\u00fade, ainda que para integrar estas tecnologias digitais nos sistemas de sa\u00fade seja necess\u00e1rio demonstrar que t\u00eam impacto e vantagens no longo prazo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Ainda que o interesse da OMS neste assunto pare\u00e7a recente, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 em 2012 elaborou um manual sobre estrat\u00e9gias de cibersa\u00fade e em 2018, na Assembleia Mundial da Sa\u00fade, os governos adotaram por unanimidade uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o para elaborar a estrat\u00e9gia mundial sobre sa\u00fade digital. A 6 de mar\u00e7o de 2019, foi criado o Departamento de Sa\u00fade Digital para refor\u00e7ar a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologias digitais e ajudar os estados-membros a prioriz\u00e1-las e a regul\u00e1-las. Um dos grandes problemas levantados para a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das tecnologias digitais e dos sistemas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a privacidade dos dados. A visibilidade e a disponibilidade de informa\u00e7\u00e3o devem garantir que a informa\u00e7\u00e3o dos utilizadores est\u00e1 protegida e sem riscos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Da perspetiva da OMS, o sucesso das interven\u00e7\u00f5es digitais depender\u00e1 do contexto e de uma conce\u00e7\u00e3o adequada, tendo em considera\u00e7\u00e3o aspetos estruturais dos locais nos quais as tecnologias s\u00e3o implementadas, a infraestrutura dispon\u00edvel, a facilidade de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da tecnologia e as necessidades no que respeita \u00e0 sa\u00fade que se pretende satisfazer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A OMS concebeu uma estrat\u00e9gia mundial sobre sa\u00fade digital que procura acelerar a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es digitais para alcan\u00e7ar metas de sa\u00fade inclu\u00eddas nos objetivos de desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel. Esta \u00faltima permitiu conhecer o genoma humano e obter um melhor diagn\u00f3stico dos pacientes; os dispositivos digitais ajudam a controlar o ritmo card\u00edaco e a monitorizar a glucose no sangue; e os dispositivos de monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia t\u00eam a capacidade de ajudar a gerir melhor a sa\u00fade e a reduzir a carga sobre os sistemas de sa\u00fade.
