Alguns esc\u00e2ndalos medi\u00e1ticos resultantes de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es jornal\u00edsticas sobre fugas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos confidenciais (tais como o caso do <\/span>Wikileaks <\/span><\/i>ou o<\/span> Panama Papers<\/span><\/i>, entre outros) geraram certas perce\u00e7\u00f5es negativas na opini\u00e3o p\u00fablica sobre os escrit\u00f3rios de advocacia, apesar do bom desempenho de muitas sociedades em todo o mundo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A imagem de facilitadores de esquemas financeiros de evas\u00e3o fiscal ou de servirem empresas pouco transparentes minam a confian\u00e7a e a credibilidade dos escrit\u00f3rios de advogados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Neste ambiente, os advogados \u00e0s vezes cometem o erro de n\u00e3o explicar as peculiaridades da atividade profissional que desempenham e o bom trabalho da grande maioria do setor.
