Somos o pa\u00eds europeu que enfrenta o maior paradoxo de ter muitos empregos por preencher, apesar de ter tr\u00eas milh\u00f5es de desempregados inscritos.<\/p>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, as pessoas iniciaram um profundo processo de reflex\u00e3o que levou ao desencanto com a profiss\u00e3o ou o emprego. Termos como &#8220;grande ren\u00fancia&#8221; ou &#8220;ren\u00fancia silenciosa&#8221; inundam as an\u00e1lises sobre o futuro do trabalho. A realidade \u00e9 que \u00e9 cada vez mais dif\u00edcil recrutar os profissionais certos, \u00e9 mais dif\u00edcil obter o seu empenho e \u00e9 mais dif\u00edcil impulsionar a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o cultural exigida, por outro lado, pela transforma\u00e7\u00e3o do neg\u00f3cio e digital que a maioria das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e1 a atravessar.<\/p>\n<p>Os desafios do talento t\u00eam-se tornado cada vez mais importantes dentro das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Estamos a assistir a uma mudan\u00e7a de paradigma em que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o s\u00e3o as empresas que escolhem pessoas, mas sim as pessoas que escolhem empresas. E fazem-no quando nos escolhem como empresa para trabalhar, mas tamb\u00e9m todos os dias em que se levantam e se empenham no seu trabalho di\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Neste contexto, acreditamos que a criatividade \u00e9 fundamental. Pablo Picasso dizia que cada ato de cria\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a com um ato de destrui\u00e7\u00e3o. Por conseguinte, chegou o momento de destruir o que aprendemos at\u00e9 agora e repor os contadores a zero. Se o que estamos a fazer n\u00e3o est\u00e1 a funcionar, porque n\u00e3o come\u00e7ar a fazer as coisas de forma diferente? A criatividade n\u00e3o \u00e9 um atributo pessoal, mas emerge da intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre indiv\u00edduos. Por isso, \u00e9 um ato que \u00e9 sempre relacional.
