\u00e9 boa ou muito boa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por outras palavras, a grande maioria das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que participaram neste estudo <strong>sente-se preparada para uma crise de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta \u00e9 uma excelente not\u00edcia, considerando que os riscos de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o inerentes \u00e0 atividade de quase todas as empresas atualmente. <strong>Enfrentar uma crise \u00e9 apenas uma quest\u00e3o de tempo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vivemos numa sociedade cada vez mais exigente em termos de responsabilidade p\u00fablica que, para al\u00e9m de esperar que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e os seus dirigentes cumpram a lei (algo que j\u00e1 d\u00e1 por adquirido), <strong>exige uma contribui\u00e7\u00e3o social que ajude a melhorar o planeta e a sociedade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9, o que alguns chamam, a era do <strong>capitalismo respons\u00e1vel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que elementos b\u00e1sicos s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios para estar preparado para enfrentar o risco de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neste contexto de m\u00e1ximo escrut\u00ednio por parte dos diferentes <em>stakeholders<\/em>, \u00e9 importante <strong>n\u00e3o os desiludir quando se trata de lidar com uma crise de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Geralmente, as crises n\u00e3o podem ser evitadas. Algumas nem sequer s\u00e3o o resultado de neglig\u00eancia por parte da empresa, mas s\u00e3o o resultado de eventos fora do controlo da empresa. Um bom exemplo \u00e9 a <a href=\"https:\/\/sevilla.abc.es\/agronoma\/noticias\/cultivos\/arandano\/junta-declaracion-institucional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">crise de cr\u00e9dito<\/a> recentemente vivida pelo sector espanhol do morango na Alemanha.<\/p>\n<p>O sucesso na supera\u00e7\u00e3o da crise depender\u00e1 das <strong>decis\u00f5es que a empresa adotar para gerir a crise em termos de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Embora cada organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tenha de adaptar os protocolos ao seu neg\u00f3cio, apresentamos de seguida uma breve lista de medidas b\u00e1sicas que as empresas podem adotar para <strong>mitigar os seus efeitos<\/strong> e, em muitos casos, at\u00e9 preveni-los:<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.4.8&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>1. Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da identidade corporativa<\/strong>. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o da reputa\u00e7\u00e3o leva muito tempo e n\u00e3o depende de uma \u00fanica a\u00e7\u00e3o ou de uma gest\u00e3o de crise bem sucedida. Uma <strong>identidade corporativa em que a conformidade, as melhores pr\u00e1ticas e a sustentabilidade tenham um lugar<\/strong> ser\u00e1 fundamental para minimizar o impacto de uma crise de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>3. Equipa dedicada e sistemas \u00e1geis quando a resposta \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria<\/strong>. A velocidade com que a informa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 disseminada atualmente e a diversidade de canais atrav\u00e9s dos quais flui significa que a resposta deve ser \u00e1gil e r\u00e1pida. Para tal, e dado que as crises s\u00e3o geridas por pessoas, \u00e9 importante manter um contacto direto e permanente entre as equipas de gest\u00e3o e incluir os \u00f3rg\u00e3os de gest\u00e3o com capacidade de influenciar a tomada de decis\u00e3o da empresa. Al\u00e9m disso, estas <strong>equipas de gest\u00e3o devem ter membros especializados em crises de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> que conhe\u00e7am as especificidades e sensibilidades a ter em conta na gest\u00e3o deste tipo de situa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>4. Inclus\u00e3o da vari\u00e1vel reputacional nos planos estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/strong> Considerar o risco reputacional em cada uma das ac\u00e7\u00f5es da empresa \u00e9 hoje fundamental para garantir o sucesso das decis\u00f5es tomadas.
