As Executive Creative Director, Mauricio Guerrero defines and elevates creative excellence standards across the Americas. He also leads the consolidation of LLYC’s creative team, strengthening the Firm’s presence in the marketing sector in key markets such as the United States and South America. In his role, he identifies opportunities to develop innovative campaigns and projects in the countries under his leadership, collaborating with the global team on strategic initiatives as needed.
EXPERIENCE.
With 19 years in the advertising industry, Mauricio has led agencies in Colombia, Peru, and Mexico, working with companies such as McCann, DDB, Ogilvy, and Grey. He played a key role in transforming Ogilvy Colombia, establishing it as one of the most awarded agencies in the country and the region. At Grey Mexico, he spearheaded its creative evolution, earning Cannes recognition and positioning it as one of the standout agencies in Grey Latam’s network.
INTERESTS.
A self-proclaimed frustrated musician, mountain biking enthusiast, and devoted América de Cali fan, Mauricio finds his greatest creative escape in sports and music.
