Challenge.

Cash Converters, a global chain known for buying and selling second-hand goods, faced a challenge in some of its physical stores, which were not meeting sales targets. In response, we proposed a Paid Media strategy to boost local traffic flow to those stores.

Impact.

To promote the selected stores, we carried out a geolocation campaign using Google Ads Store Visits technology.

We assessed each store’s closing rate and average order to determine their current performance. By analyzing the stores with higher growth potential and those below local sales targets, we executed local advertising initiatives such as PMAX for Store Visits or catalog ads to enhance the sales performance of these stores.
