Challenge.

Credicorp is one of the most important financial holding companies in Peru and the region, with presence in 05 countries (PE,CO,CL,BO,PA). They are looking for us with the challenge of adding positioning in all the markets in which it operates, as well as positioning its new CEO and the company’s purpose in front of its stakeholders.

In a context of much social turmoil, we seek to contribute positively to the problems that concern Latin American youth, in line with Credicorp’s purpose: “to accelerate the changes that our countries need.”

Impact.

A multinational platform that managed to mobilize the ideas of diverse young people to address urgent problems in their countries. Today we have 03 great ideas in development with funding, mentoring and support in generating the strategic alliances they need to get where they need to go.

Solution.

We conducted a digital listening survey to understand firsthand what were the issues that most concerned young people in Latin America.

 

We created a platform to search for, make visible and promote ideas from young people in favor of inclusion (a problem that we detected as a priority based on data intelligence).

 

We disseminated content, paid media and PR to make our project visible, add quality ideas and involve users in the process of choosing the 10 finalist ideas.

 

We activated the CEO’s presence from his networks and leveraged alliances with institutions and relationships with KOLs and influencers to add organic reach.

 

We invited the 10 finalists from 05 countries to a meeting in Lima, along with a team of KOLs and mentors who helped them to land their ideas.
