LLYC has promoted Daniel Fernández Trejo to General Manager of its Deep Learning area as part of its plan to become a leading company in integrating AI into marketing and communication. The Deep Learning team comprises more than 50 experts across 12 countries in Europe and America who analyze clients’ businesses’ communities and territories of interest to implement or optimize their internal and external digital channels.

Deep Learning has a regional consulting structure to offer localized knowledge and expertise in each region where the firm operates. It has two Delivery Centers, one specializing in software development and the other in data intelligence and AI.

The software development Delivery Center transforms relationship channels between clients and stakeholders by offering advanced technological solutions, ranging from user experience and interface design to sophisticated analytical systems and search engine optimization strategies. The data intelligence and AI Delivery Center plays a crucial role in the advanced analysis and processing of large volumes of data. These capabilities allow the company to execute complex projects and provide valuable insights and data-driven strategies to improve clients’ performance and decision-making.

Over the past year, the Deep Learning team has carried out more than 120 data intelligence projects and analyzed over 4.7 billion messages. They have also developed AIgent by LLYC, an autonomous conversational agent that can analyze large volumes of information from various data sources to inform its answers.

Another milestone and part of the company’s innovation plan has been the creation of the first Artificial Intelligence program trained by communication experts that offers a reliable view of sentiment and not only improves the service offering but also sets a new standard in the industry. Likewise, in data intelligence, Deep Learning has worked closely with LLYC’s Growth and Transformation department to develop models to analyze and improve customer performance, a fundamental approach to staying ahead in a constantly evolving market.

Daniel joined LLYC in 2011 as Account Director for the Digital Communication Business Unit. In 2017, he became the company’s Global Chief Technology Officer. Currently, as the General Manager of LLYC’s Deep Learning area, he works alongside organizations like Credicorp, Enagás, Bayer, CaixaBank, Cepsa, BBVA, Bertelsmann, L’Oréal, and Acciona to develop robust, agile, and bias-free data analysis and exploitation strategies, also helping them navigate the increasingly complex challenges of extracting the full value of data. Throughout his career, Daniel has worked with international and dynamic teams, standing out for his management, coordination, and leadership skills.
