Pilar Llácer joins LLYC as Director of Culture, People and Talent Engagement in Europe, within Corporate Affairs. From this position, she will help reshape the relationship and engagement of companies with professionals in such a volatile environment and attract top talent in a cost-effective and sustainable manner in a context of scarcity.

Pilar joins a consolidated team that has grown in recent years with differential projects that apply creativity and communication and marketing techniquesto talent and employer branding. Her in-depth knowledge of the HR field and innovative vision will help solve the area’s client challenges and evolve the value proposition and offering.

In addition,he will also be responsible for Executive, the executive education programs offered by LLYC to its clients. Created in December 2022, under the direction of Professor Iñaki Ortega, they have trained more than one hundred executives from the most important companies based in Spain. LLYC’s executive courses train executives in specialties such as public affairs, artificial intelligence, ESG or crisis and risk management without forgetting spokespersonship.

Pilar Llácer will report to Jorge López Zafra and Iñaki Ortega, who from January will assume the Corporate Affairs General Management of LLYC in Europe and the General Management of LLYC in Madrid, respectively.

Doctor in Philosophy, Pilar Llácer is a specialist in Digital Transformation, Sustainability and Ethical Leadership. She is an expert in Human Resources and Business Ethics. She has been, for 9 years, member of the Management Committee and Corporate Director of Innovation, Training and Knowledge Management at Catenon. Consultant at PwC and CapGemini. In her last stage, she has collaborated in strategic advice for different companies on issues related to education, employment, digital transformation and sustainability, and has directed the Work of the Future Center at EAE Business School..

She is the author of the books: ‘Te van a contratar y lo sabes’ (Editorial Almuzara) 2022, ‘Por qué Recursos Humanos debería ser como Netflix’ (Editorial Almuzara) 2021 and ‘Te van a despedir y lo sabes’ (Editorial Almuzara) 2019.
