We conceptualized, defined, and executed a communication roadmap aligning the company’s global fashion leadership with its corporate strategy. This strategy included building a network of key allies across critical regions and engaging with both media and institutions. We enhanced Mango’s image through high-quality content and iconic actions that garnered significant national and international media visibility.
 
Concurrently, we developed an executive communication training and coaching plan to boost the leadership profiles of Mango’s executives and worked on improving Mango’s positions in major reputation rankings
