Sesame HR, a leading HR management software platform, needed to improve how it accessed, connected, and analyzed its core data. Information on operations, teams, and campaigns was scattered across multiple sources, requiring manual queries and slowing down informed decision-making. That fragmentation affected operational efficiency and coordination between marketing, revenue, and data teams. It also limited the development of a more personalized employee experience. They needed to integrate business intelligence into a solution that offered global visibility, ease of use, and immediate actionability.

Solution
Together with our data visualization specialists at Zeus by LLYC, we built a custom Command Center designed to bring all of Sesame HR’s business intelligence into a single, real-time visual environment.
The platform integrates data on campaign investment, lead acquisition, the most downloaded product features, core business indicators, and commercial performance, segmented by country, and is further complemented by contextual analysis modules and an expanded LeadScore model based on actual usage and conversion. It also incorporates direct product data and dynamic maps that make it easy to interpret what’s working and where.
But this wasn’t just a technology challenge. Our approach focused on supporting the day-to-day work of the teams involved. We automated previously manual tasks, designed intuitive visual flows, and created a tool built to evolve alongside business goals. Today, the Command Center is a core element of daily operations for the marketing, revenue, and data teams, who now access actionable insights directly, autonomously, and in real time.
