LLYC is the communications, marketing and public affairs consulting firm best perceived by the market in terms of quality of service, strategic planning and team. None has so many professionals admired by the sector, up to 84. Moreover, it continues to be the leading and benchmark firm: the most well-known, exemplary and attractive in Spain. These are some of the conclusions of the report PR SCOPE SPAIN 2023/2024: Trends in client-communications consultancy relationships and the perception and image of communications consultancies, prepared by SCOPEN.

Industry professionals recognize LLYC’s capacity for innovation, data improvement, integrated service offerings and commitment to creativity. In fact, ‘Bihar, choose tomorrow’, the campaign carried out by the Consumer Engagement team in Madrid for Fundación BBK, has been chosen as the ‘Most outstanding case for its communication’ in the last two years. The project, which seeks to encourage sustainable behaviors that guarantee a better future, has been awarded in major national and international competitions such as Cannes Lions, El Sol or the Effectiveness Awards.

Meanwhile, LLYC’s clients value the firm’s specialties such as corporate communications (91.4%), crisis prevention and management (80%) or public affairs (60%). 94.3% of clients say they are “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with LLYC’s work. Professionalism is the word that best defines the consultancy firm, according to the report.

Luis Miguel Peña, Partner and CEO of LLYC Europe, explains: “The results of the report confirm two of our priorities: that we have the best and most diverse team of professionals in communications, marketing or public affairs; and that both the market and clients appreciate our commitment to innovation and creativity to solve their challenges”.

For the 2023/2024 edition, the SCOPEN consulting firm interviewed 875 professionals between March and May of this year. Of these, 441 work in companies, 327 in communications consultancies and 107 are journalists from the main media.
