Challenge.

Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), the world’s leading AV and systems integration fair, aimed to strengthen its ties with the local community, making the event a vital part of Barcelona’s social fabric. ISE sought to extend its recognition beyond industry professionals, capturing the interest of a broader and more diverse audience. Additionally, it aimed to maintain media relevance throughout the year, overcoming the seasonal media impacts concentrated around the event dates.

Impact.

Our strategy significantly boosted ISE’s visibility, forging a strong connection with the local community. Media coverage spanned before, during, and after the 20th edition of the show, held from January 30 to February 2, 2024, establishing ISE as a leader in its sector.

Solution.

We conceptualized, defined, and executed a strategic plan highlighting the fair’s economic and social impact on the city. This involved maintaining a constant dialogue with journalists and key local stakeholders, showcasing the potential of the audiovisual sector. By leveraging our local knowledge and context, we helped the ISE team effectively navigate the ecosystem of Barcelona, Catalonia, and Spain.
