Challenge.
Our goal is to harness the passion for fashion and healthcare shared by over 2,000 Multiópticas professionals through a unique experience that aligns their interests with the brand’s values. As Spain’s leading visual health brand, Multiópticas faces the challenge of emotionally connecting with its team across more than 600 locations nationwide. Our mission: to enhance these professionals’ commitment to the brand, transforming them into Multiópticas’ foremost ambassadors. This challenge involves recognizing their value and inspiring them by promoting 100% Spanish fashion and design.
Impact.
The initiative, named MÓvers, engaged all optical professionals by exploring their interests. This revealed a desire to understand the creation process of a collection, from concept to market launch. This led to the birth of Convex, the first capsule collection crafted by optical professionals based on their ideas and expertise. The project thrived with the collaboration of renowned designer Juan Avellaneda and support from a specialized design and marketing team.
