Jeff Lambert

Jeff brings a boardroom fluency and operator instinct, shaped by a career that spans Wall Street, private equity, complex M&A, crisis management and brand marketing. He advises leadership teams at moments that define reputations, value and long-term resilience. Jeff is a member of YPO and serves as Global Board Chair of PROI Worldwide, a global partnership of leading independent marketing and communications firms.

EXPERIENCE.

With 30 years in financial, corporate and brand communications across agency and in-house roles, Jeff has supported organizations through high-stakes transformation and growth. He has led communications for major M&A transactions and integrations, advised global executives and public company Boards, and helped launch new products and brands across the U.S. and the Americas.

INTERESTS.

A former collegiate swimmer and present-day beach volleyball player, Jeff is happiest near, in or on the water, often as captain of his boat, El Jefe. That may also explain his personal campaign to replace “pivot” with “flip turn”: changing direction while gaining speed.
