Jesús Moradillo
Partner and Europe Director of AI Strategy
Jesús is the General Manager of AI Strategy for Europe at LLYC, a position from which he leads the design, development, and scaling of artificial intelligence solutions aimed at generating real impact on the reputation, efficiency, and decision-making of organizations. His current focus is on helping companies overcome the barrier of tactical efficiency to redesign their operating models and ensure their relevance in a market dominated by language models and autonomous agents. He is a member of the LLYC Venturing investment committee and the Steering Committee.
Experience.
His profile combines the vision of a senior executive with the DNA of a tech entrepreneur. He was the founder and CEO of Apache, a pioneering digital strategy and performance consultancy that, after years of exponential growth, was successfully integrated into LLYC in 2021. Previously, he led transformation projects at Google for major international companies in Spain and Portugal, helping them navigate disruptive changes in the digital ecosystem. He also has five years of prior experience leading digital projects in the media and entertainment industry as Director of Digital Marketing and E-commerce.
Interests.
He is passionate about mountains and mountaineering; he is motivated by challenges that require endurance and long-term vision. He combines his professional activity with teaching at various educational institutions and actively collaborates as a mentor in the tech startup ecosystem.
