Challenge.
UNICEF Spain is immersed in Unicef 5.0, an engagement-centric and data-driven project that provides an integrated, omnichannel, personalized, and differentiated experience to all current and future collaborators that make up its Social Base and its Active Social Base.
Impact.
To achieve this, UNICEF Spain conducted an AS IS Maturity Level Assessment of the organization. This assessment determined the current state of the organization and defined the roadmap for its Supporter engagement-centric, data-driven, and omnichannel transformation for 2023.2026.

Solution.
Our organization is committed to providing a “Human-Centric Experience” by measuring, designing, and improving all aspects of our operations using data-driven techniques. This includes both our internal operations, such as corporate culture and our relationship with our audiences, as well as external operations, such as managing the employee life cycle and communication through various channels. Our holistic approach aims to improve satisfaction and relationships with collaborators and ultimately achieve lasting corporate change.
