Astara had embarked on a deep transformation: evolving from a traditional automotive group into a global, connected, and digital mobility company. As part of this shift, its headquarters needed to embody that innovative vision. Yet critical business information, from commercial performance to user profiles across markets, remained scattered, with no clear or unified visualization. This fragmentation limited both strategic decision-making and the company’s ability to communicate its evolution to key stakeholders.
The challenge was clear: how to turn that operational complexity into a visual experience that was coherent, powerful, and aligned with its new global identity?
Solution
From Zeus by LLYC, we developed an immersive dashboard system that transforms Astara’s headquarters into a high-impact data ecosystem. We created a modular, scalable, and interactive videowall solution that integrates key information from more than 20 countries: commercial performance, targets, product lines, and user profiles.
The goal was not simply to display KPIs, but to design an experience that translated the company’s corporate vision into accessible, insight-driven data for leadership, stakeholders, and global teams. We integrated CRM tools, commercial systems, proprietary segmentation models, and complementary sources into a connected environment with dynamic filters and real-time updates.
The dashboard is designed to be practical and visually compelling — equally valuable for executive committees and institutional visits. Its visual narrative enables navigation across business units, geographies, and segments, telling Astara’s global story through data.
