Deborah Castro, new Senior Director of Corporate Affairs for LLYC in Brazil.

LLYC, the global marketing and corporate affairs firm, continues to strengthen its commitment to excellence in corporate communications and, as part of this process, announces the arrival of Deborah Castro as Senior Director of Corporate Affairs in Brazil.

With over 25 years’ experience in the sector, Deborah brings a consolidated track record in corporate communications, social responsibility, crisis management, spokesperson training and journalism, further qualifying the team to face the challenges of the dynamic and competitive market.

With a degree in Journalism from Faculdade da Cidade in Rio de Janeiro, Deborah has built an impactful career in communications, developing reputation strategies for major brands such as Embraer, Whirlpool, Brookfield, AccorInvest, Atvos, Enel, Itaipu, Aon, Microsoft, LinkedIn and J.P. Morgan, among others. The executive’s work has also had international prominence, including her participation in COP28, when she helped take the story of Brazilian ethanol to the world.

Before making a name for herself in corporate communications, Deborah worked in hard news at Revista Manchete and Rádio Tupi AM. She also has a degree in Hospitality and Tourism, having worked at Intercontinental Hotels Group as Guest Relations and Business Center Manager, where she reported directly to the corporate team in Miami, in her first global experience.
