Jorge Muñoz, new Senior Director of Public Affairs at LLYC Peru

LLYC, the global Corporate Affairs and Marketing firm announces the addition of Jorge Muñoz Wells as the new Senior Director of Public Affairs Senior Director of Public Affairsfor its operation in Peru. With this appointment, the company consolidates its service of excellence in a sector that requires experience in the operation of the State, but also understanding of the private sector, both attributes that Muñoz has.

Jorge Muñoz is a lawyer by profession and holds a master’s degree in Territorial Planning and Environmental Management from the University of Barcelona. He has additional degrees in Sustainability, Financial Sciences, Administration and Mining Project Management. In his extensive career, he has been a consultant at the Andean Development Corporation (CAF) and partner at Muñiz, Ramírez, Pérez-Taíman & Luna Victoria Abogados Law Firm, excelling in local government issues, administrative law and diverse legal advice.

He also served as Metropolitan Mayor of Lima in the period 2019-2022. Prior to that, he was mayor of the Lima district of Miraflores, experiences in which he specialized in the management of municipal issues and his professional relations with the Executive and Legislative. .
