TrendsAppointments and New Hires
LLYC is strengthening its Marketing leadership by promoting Sara Gil Berzosa to Europe Media Director and appointing Alberto González as the Global Director of Adtech, a new role to support the company’s global business model.
These appointments support LLYC’s strategic vision to enhance its Digital Marketing offerings by adopting a full-funnel approach, where audiences, data, and artificial intelligence are integrated effectively to create strategies that deliver measurable results. This move reaffirms the company’s commitment to offering clients a blend of creativity, technology, and business strategy in an increasingly complex and competitive market.
Under the leadership of Massimiliano Turinetto, Digital Marketing Lead in Europe, LLYC continues to expand operations by combining advanced capabilities in Paid Media, Adtech, MarTech, and Data Activation. With Sara’s promotion and Alberto’s arrival, the firm is consolidating a structure purpose-built to accelerate product development, drive applied innovation, and scale results across the region.
Sara Gil steps into the role of Europe Media Director following César Díez’s transition into a new global role as PMO for Digital Marketing, where he will lead the standardization and scalability of services worldwide. With a strong background in media strategy and a focus on audience orchestration, Sara will play a pivotal role in evolving the media model into a more integrated, results-driven, full-funnel solution.
Alberto González will lead LLYC’s new Global Adtech unit, with a mission to integrate the firm’s in-house AI innovations and advanced solutions from strategic partners such as Google, Meta, and Amazon into its value proposition. His close collaboration with Sara will unlock synergies between media and technology, fostering a product evolution focused on efficiency, automation, and performance.
“Bringing these talents on board allows us to accelerate a marketing vision that’s truly connected to real business challenges,” says Massimiliano Turinetto. “We’re betting on a model where creativity gives meaning, media amplifies, and technology optimizes. That’s where LLYC sets itself apart—by orchestrating these three elements to transform audience connection into real impact. These new appointments not only align with this vision but also turn it into a scalable competitive advantage for Europe and for our entire global network.”
Luis Manuel Núñez, Partner and Global Managing Director of Digital Marketing, adds: “At LLYC, we are committed to excellence and continuous progress, aligning our efforts with global trends to stay at the forefront of digital marketing. By restructuring and strengthening our leadership teams in Europe we are bolstering our vision to meet the market’s new demands with agility, global reach, and innovation. Each leader plays a critical role in driving transformation, enabling us to deliver even more tailored, effective solutions for our clients.”
With these changes, LLYC reaffirms its goal to lead digital marketing transformation through a consultative approach by integrating talent, technology, and strategy to create sustainable impact and enhance brand growth.
