International Marketing and Corporate Affairs consulting firm, LLYC, (BME:LLYC) announced today the appointments of key marketing leadership positions in the United States, strengthening its growing team in the region.
Ken Langdon has been named U.S. Marketing Strategy Managing Director. With over 25 years of experience in both corporate and agency leadership, Langdon has led high-performing teams and spearheaded results-driven marketing and communications campaigns for iconic brands, including Disney Parks & Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, Great Wolf Lodge, Morimoto Restaurants, Rao’s, Gordon Ramsay North America, Delaware North, Patina Restaurant Group, Insomnia Cookies, and most recently, Primitiv Group, where he served as the company’s head of marketing.
Based in LLYC’s Detroit office, Langdon will develop and implement business development strategies that align with the firm’s objectives and drive growth for his team. He will lead efforts to build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, vendors, and industry leaders, while staying ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities through ongoing market research. Langdon will also oversee the execution of the commercial plan for Marketing Solutions, with a focus on new client acquisition and market expansion.

Additionally, Alberto Alfonso has been appointed U.S. Digital Marketing Managing Director. A results-driven marketing and media executive, Alfonso brings over 35 years of experience developing and executing growth strategies across the U.S. (General and Multicultural markets), Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada, the UK, and Europe. Known for his strategic insight, hands-on leadership, and drive, he has helped propel growth for Fortune 500 companies across sectors including CPG, technology, healthcare, financial services, travel, and automotive.
Previously, Alfonso served as Group Media Director at Wavemaker Global, leading media strategy and activation across the Americas, UK, and Europe for global brands such as Illy Coffee, Audemars Piguet, FlixBus, Mutti Pomodoro, PowerXL, City National Bank, and Galleri. He also held senior leadership roles at top agencies including Zubi/EssenceMediacom, Walton Isaacson, and BBDO Latin America.

He will also oversee the recruitment, development, and management of the Paid & Performance team to ensure high performance and engagement. Furthermore, he will focus on cultivating new client relationships while strengthening existing partnerships, in addition to playing an active role in advancing LLYC’s branding and marketing initiatives to ensure a strong and positive presence in the market.
