LLYC, among the 100 best companies to work for in Spain

LLYC is one of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain, according to the annual ranking just published by Actualidad Económica. To compile this list, the Sunday supplement of the newspaper El Mundo carries out an exhaustive analysis that includes a complete set of open questions and tests to which all participating companies voluntarily submit themselves. Factors such as talent management, remuneration and compensation, working environment, training and CSR criteria are evaluated. The process is supported by independent human resources consultants and experts.

In addition, last June LLYC was also included in the ranking of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain by Forbes magazine and in 2022 the firm received other recognitions such as the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certificate in the 12 offices where it was possible to qualify for it.
