LLYC has teamed up with Hitsbook to provide more value to their clients’ businesses as part of their development plan. Hitsbook specializes in creating, supporting, and managing campaigns and communities based on user-generated content (UGC). 

According to Nielsen, 92% of consumers trust recommendations from other people more than they trust content generated by a brand. Hitsbook’s services aim to increase sales for top brands and help them grow their communities by integrating UGC into their digital strategies using proprietary technology. 

Hitsbook’s platform captures, filters, manages, and stores user-generated content around a campaign, boosting the probability of purchase by 70% and turning users into brand ambassadors. Hitsbook has three offices in Mexico City, Madrid, and Granada, with a team of ten collaborators and over 30 clients, including major brands like Bimbo, Televisa, Natura, Grupo Expansión, Caracol TV, and FedEx.

Empowering users to create content through digital campaigns

This service allows brands to create their own microsite and customize its appearance and URL. They have the freedom to choose how to gather images and videos from users – be it through direct upload to the campaign site, capturing via #hashtag, @mention or links on social media.

Content management, storage, and ownership

Brands can choose and store the content they wish to share on their campaign microsite. They can download it in one click and have access to verified lead information to integrate into their database or CRM, along with campaign statistics. They can manage the transfer of rights, digital signature of legal bases, and transfer of rights of minors automatically.

Increased interaction and reach

The personalized microsite, where validated content is published, offers various interaction actions like voting or rankings to boost engagement. There are four gamification systems to achieve organic viralization, increase traffic, reach, and visibility of the action.

Digital strategy growth

Integrating user content in digital actions helps improve the conversion rate of the main KPIs. Brands can create content capsules for social media, incorporate user-generated content in ecommerce or brand websites, publish captured content in networks, and mention users to create brand ambassadors.
