LLYC Mexico and BESO by LLYC receive one more year the ‘Best Places to Work LGBTQ+’ certification by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation

The offices of LLYC Mexico and BESO by LLYChave again been distinguished for their initiatives aimed at fostering respect for human rights and promoting LGBTIQ+ diversity. Both operations have obtained certification from theHuman Rights Campaign Foundation – Equidad Mx, which accredits them as ‘Best Places to Work LGBTQ+’ in Mexico.

This distinction reflects LLYC’s ongoing dedication to the workplace integration of members of the LGBTIQ+ community. It also highlights the practices implemented throughout the year, underscoring the company’s continued commitment to growing and developing a safe work environment that fosters inclusion and diversity.

Equidad MX, supported by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation, represents an initiative in favor of the full integration of LGBTIQ+ people in the workplace. This survey stands out as the leading benchmarking of policies and practices related to LGBTIQ+ inclusion and equality in major corporations and companies in Mexico. Inspired by the HRC Corporate Equity Index (CEI), Equidad MX plays a key role in promoting and measuring standards that advocate diversity and inclusion in the Mexican workplace.

Their main pillars of evaluation are:

1. Adoption of non-discrimination policies
2. Creation of diversity groups or councils
3. Coaching or training on LGBTIQ+ issues
4. Participation in public activities to support LGBTIQ+ inclusion
