Anne Corcuera, Europe People, Talent & Culture Lead at LLYC Europe

Anne Corcuera has been promoted to Senior Director of People, Talent & Corporate Culture at LLYC in Europe. From this position, she will drive solutions designed to support HR leaders in addressing the growing challenges around talent. She will also continue to design and develop projects in employer branding, people engagement, and cultural transformation.

Her responsibilities include generating business to meet sales objectives and leading the implementation of the practice’s strategy, in coordination with the General Managers of the operations (Madrid, Barcelona, and Lisbon), the regional CEO, and the business development team—both in generating new opportunities and in developing effective proposals. She will also work on creating new solutions while expanding the firm’s ecosystem of collaborators and advisors.

Anne has built a strong track record at LLYC. She brings 15 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, having advised companies and communications teams, both nationally and internationally, on strategic decision-making, always advocating for integrated communication and marketing solutions.

Her hybrid profile—combining corporate communication and marketing—has enabled her to lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams with a strong commitment to excellence and results. She has worked across sectors such as retail, banking, entertainment, and education, the latter being her area of specialization within LLYC. Through the different positions she has held, she has contributed significantly to the company’s growth.
