LLYC announces the appointment of Carlos Andrés Ariza as Managing Director of U.S. Integrated Marketing. Ariza will lead LLYC’s Digital Marketing unit, playing a pivotal role in the company’s continued expansion across the United States.
In his new role, Carlos will advance LLYC’s capabilities in Omnichannel Media, MarTech, AI, and digital innovation, driving integration to ensure clients benefit from the full scale, efficiency, and expertise of LLYC’s global network.

With more than two decades of marketing leadership, Carlos has a strong track record of shaping award-winning integrated campaigns for renowned brands such as Nvidia, Intuit, Ford, Honda Powersports, LEGO, and Dole Foods. His experience includes directing more than $1 billion in omnichannel media investments across diverse sectors including tech, auto, CPG, health, retail, finance, sports, and government. He has also built world-class Media, MarTech, and digital capabilities, scaling high-performing teams across the globe. As an executive, he guided Dailey & Associates’ independence from The Interpublic Group and led M&A growth with 9thWonder and Gravity Global.
