Carlos leads Paid & Performance (P&P) and Growth & Transformation (G&T) in the United States. In this role, he drives brand positioning, accelerates business growth, strengthens client relationships, and enhances the firm’s capabilities in Media, Communications Strategy, MarTech, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Innovation. He takes a strategic approach to service integration, ensuring clients benefit from the combined expertise, efficiency and reach of LLYC’s multidisciplinary teams.

Experience.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing leadership, Carlos has developed award-winning campaigns for brands such as Nvidia, Intuit, Ford, Honda Powersports, LEGO, and Dole Foods, among many others. Throughout his career, he has managed over one billion dollars in omnichannel advertising investment across various industries, including technology, automotive, consumer goods, healthcare, retail, finance, sports, and the public sector. He has built high-performance capabilities in Media, MarTech, and Digital, leading teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. As an executive leader, he managed Dailey & Associates’ independence from the IPG Group and led growth and acquisition initiatives at 9thWonder and Gravity Global.

Interests.

Carlos is a proud husband and father who loves to travel with his family and dive into new cultures. His passion for design and technology shines through in his hobby of restoring classic cars, motorcycles, vintage computers, and hi-fi sound systems.
