Innovation & Growth, LLYC’s 2022 annual report reflects the consultancy firm’s milestones during a year marked by growth, innovation and investment in two core pillars for the company: technology and talent.
The firm’s commitment to technology remained unwavering during 2022. Its Deep Digital area now generates a third of LLYC’s revenue and provides more than 50 solutions in the fields of Digital Marketing, Influence, Creativity and Deep Learning. Likewise, the consultancy firm has invested €800 thousand in R&D&i projects, in particular in the development of our own algorithms to assess the sentiment of social conversation and its impact on brands’ reputation.
Concerning talent, LLYC has received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certificate for the 12 eligible offices. The firm ended 2022 with 1,127 employees, with 15% of the workforce promoted last year, and the number of women in management positions increasing (from 74 to 81).
Furthermore, a marketing strategy has been included in all the company’s solutions, with new services that integrate the capabilities of previously acquired companies (BESO by LLYC; Apache part of LLYC, and CHINA part of LLYC) thus becoming a 360º consulting service (from strategy to execution), together with its communications model; achieving a greater impact on the business and reputation of its clients.
Creativity is still an essential hallmark of the company. The company received 120 national and international awards and recognitions throughout 2022, a list that includes major awards events such as Cannes Lions, New York Advertising Awards, El Sol, FIAP, Effie, IPRA Golden Awards, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Eikon, Eficacia, Sabre Awards and PRWeek Global Awards.
LLYC’s thought leadership has also continued to strengthen its position as a laboratory for innovative ideas. During 2022, 39 LLYC IDEAS, 23 LLYC Reports (9 of which were DAS Reports) and 2 editions of UNO Magazine were published. Furthermore, the company’s commitment to audio format remains. In 2022, a total of 22 podcast episodes were released. While the DAS reports and studies demonstrate the firm’s commitment to developing knowledge on sensitive issues in society.
