Marina is the Marketing HRBP for LLYC Europe, where she strives to support the management team in talent management and team development to accelerate the company’s projects and strategic priorities.
Experience.
Throughout her career, she has specialized in recruitment, talent management, and development processes, working for leading multinational companies. She has worked in professional services and technology consulting and engineering companies for over a decade, leading teams in an international environment. Marina joined LLYC in 2021 as an Employee Experience Leader and later coordinated the global talent team focusing on Marketing.

Marina enjoys spending her free time with her children, family, and friends. She loves walking, sports, gastronomy, art, nature, and traveling to enrich her life.
